(CTTC) Integrate DDoS Mitigation with TeraFlowSDN

Description

TeraFlowSDN provides an ACL NBI (IETF RFC8519 [3]) and a Network Topology NBI (IETF RFC8345 [2], IETF RFC8795 [3]). They should be aligned and adapted to support DDoS Mitigation use cases.

The integration should be tested in the CI/CD pipeline.

Demo or definition of done

ACROSS TC3.5 demo. CI/CD pipeline includes the end-to-end integration test.
