(CNIT) OpenROADM Flexgrid Support

Description

The flexigrid end-to-end routine has been adapted to the OpenROADM devices. With this contribution will be possible to configure and end-to-end connection leveraging heterogeneous devices.

Demo or definition of done

The idea is to have an heterogenous setup with OpenConfig-based transponders and OpenROADM ROADMs. The flexigrid connection can be deployed via service component, as in case of OpenConfig only environement.
