Description

External telemetry data management for equipment that does not have integrated telemetry data exposure. An external server is available to display and update the data.

It is an auxiliary solution to the existing monitoring component, since it is for equipment not fully integrated in TFS, but it is necessary to manage their telemetry.

This data is shown in the IETF topology NBI, with the TE extension.

Demo or definition of done

When accessing the IETF topology NBI, the BW and latency data of equipment not fully integrated in TFS are displayed.

When new services are created, the server updates the data, also updating itself in the NBI.
