Description

Teh VNT Manager component fails to start due to missing confluent-kafka Python requirement.

Deployment environment

• Operating System (include version): all
• MicroK8s (include version and add-ons): all
• TeraFlowSDN (include release/branch-name/commit-id): starting at release 5
