Description

Implementation of PUT method in the IETF-L3VPN NBI. This extension allows to update the QoS of the Slice (letency, BW, ...).

Demo or definition of done

1. Upload a Slice in the NBI IETF-L3VPN
2. Update the Slice with PUT function
3. Verify in the WebUI that the data has been updated.
