(CNIT) Basic flexgrid lightpath deployment

Description

This feature targets the activation of a the basic flexi-grid lightpath, computing a path, running a basic RSA algorithm and performing the setup of the traversed nodes leveraging OpenConfig NETCONF driver for both terminal-devices and wavelength-router models.
