Description

Workflow:

1. Onboard device using a SSH device driver
2. The driver should connect through SSH and ensure NetConf and REST-API NBIs are enabled
3. Change IP:port:user:pass mgmt settings
4. Create Device using OpenConfig Driver and new credentials

Demo or definition of done

The NETCONF agent should be enabled and configured in the device and then controlled through OpenConfig.
