Description

Implement Telemetry Backend Collector gNMI/OpenConfig reusing code from the Device component. Most code from Device gNMI/OpenConfig can be directly copied.

Demo or definition of done

The new monitoring components can be tested using a gNMI/OpenConfig-enabled device.
