Deploy scripts for Mock BlockChain: 

- Updated log paths
- Added ignore-not-found flag in namespace removal
- Corrected docker image version extraction command
- Added missing PYTHONPATH variable to script tfs_bchain_runtime_env_vars.sh
- Commented out unneeded scale commands
- Minor log message cosmetic changes
