In Section 1.2.1 General, Real-time operating systems are defined as a sub-category of Special Purpose Operating Systems. Here, in 3.1 Terms, both are referred separately as if one was not a sub-category of the other, which is a bit inconsistent. I would suggest the following change:

which define Special Purpose Operating Systems and Real Time Operating System (RTOS) that are [...] > which define Special Purpose Operating Systems, including Real Time Operating System (RTOS), that are [...]
