There is a grammatical issue with the first sentence, which was partly copy-pasted from Section 1.2.1 General but needs some fixing (on that may provide). I suggest the following change:

The intended purpose of this product is to provide [...], and that may provide [...] > The intended purpose of this product is to provide [...], and potentially provide [...]
