Wording: Use of 'purpose' not in alignment with EU Regulations

The use of the word "purpose" does not match the EU regulations nor the EU Blueguide. The correct terminology that synchronizes is "use", as in "intended use". The document has "intended purpose", which is NOT the same thing and creates unnecessary confusion.

Line 414, uses the term "core purpose" which is even more confusing.

Proposed Changes:

Change to the use of "intended use".
