Definition certificate

The definition currently says (emphasis aded)

Public key of a user, together with some other information, rendered un-forgeable by **encipherment** with the private key of the certification authority which issued it.

It may be more clear to replace the ``encipherment'' by ``a digital signature or similar tamper protection' -- or by a reference to the 'Digital Signature' defintion below.
