HAS 69 Revise verdict on (6.2.0.3) 

Changes pass form a system that "allows" mutual authentication to:

"**Verdict:**

1. Pass, if the described system implements mechanism for mutual authentication,
2. and, there is no debug mode or equivalent activated on by default.
3. Fail otherwise."

Also revises requirement 2, changing "turned on" to "activated"
