Quick and dirty swap of parts 1 and 2

Delete reference to either part from first part. For now, it's just _the standard_. We will change our approach in the future if the content (and industry) dictate it. The original Part 1 document will live in the Part 2 repo for posterity for now, and may be deleted or re-used in the future.
