SAREF4WEAR-3. The extension defines a redundant restriction on saref:Device

Situation: The extension defines a property s4wear:hasSensor between saref:Device and saref:Sensor.

Proposal: To remove the property from the extension since SAREF already has the saref:consistOf property to represent that information.

Status: To be discussed.
