It was decided that SAREF ontologies should import SAREF ontologies when relevant and definitions should not be copied. PROPOSAL: * Import SAREF, SAREF4CITY and SAREF4SYST and remove the declarations of their terms. Changes have to be performed in the OWL code. Related to saref-portal#41
