Import SAREF ontologies and not copy definitions

It was decided that SAREF ontologies should import SAREF ontologies when relevant and definitions should not be copied.

PROPOSAL:

Import SAREF, SAREF4CITY and SAREF4SYST and remove the declarations of their terms.

Changes have to be performed in the OWL code.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
