Update according to the new actsUpon/observes/control properties

SAREF now includes new properties actsUpon/observes/control (and their inverses) and will deprecate other properties now used in the extension.

PROPOSAL:

To replace measuresProperty, controlsProperty and their inverse properties (to be deprecated) by actsUpon and isActedUponBy.
To replace measuresFeature, controlsFeature and their inverse properties (added to the extension because they didn't exist in SAREF) by actsUpon and isActedUponBy.

Changes have to be performed in the OWL code, TS, diagrams, documentation and tests.
