do not reuse s4bldg:PhysicalObject

In SAREF Core v3.2.1, section "Features of Interest, devices, and spatial objects"

An instance may be classified as both saref:FeatureOfInterest and geo:SpatialObject.

We don't need to reuse s4bldg:PhysicalObject anymore.
