Import SAREF ontologies and not copy definitions (saref-portal#41)

It was decided that SAREF ontologies should import SAREF ontologies when relevant and definitions should not be copied.

PROPOSAL:

• Import SAREF and remove the declarations of its terms.

Changes have to be performed in the OWL code.
