Subject: [PATCH] Do not use deprecated terms. Replaced saref:Measurement with
 saref:Observation, saref:makesMeasurement with saref:madeExecution and
 saref:measuresProperty with saref:observes and removed s4inma:Measurement.
 Closes #5
