Rename s4grid:Meter to s4grid:GridMeter

It was decided that if the SAREF Core classes and properties have to be specialized, a different local name should be used.

PROPOSAL:

  • Rename s4grid:Meter with s4grid:GridMeter.

Changes have to be performed in the OWL code, TS, diagrams, documentation and examples.
