Update to use hasResult in observations

SAREF now includes the saref:hasResult property to represent observation results.

PROPOSAL:

To update the ontology to use saref:hasResult instead of saref:hasValue to represent observation results.
To replace s4grid:hasValue with saref:hasValue.

Changes have to be performed in the OWL code, TS, diagrams, documentation and examples.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
