Use of W3C Basic Geo Vocabulary

Delete references to the W3C Basic Geo Vocabulary.

Do not copy the definitions of geo Point, geo:SpatialThing, and do not add disjoint axioms to many classes in SAREF.

Use OGC GeoSPARQL standard instead, as defined by ETSI TS 103 264 V3.2.1 Clause 5.13
