Frequency

s4envi:Frequency is defined as an individual in SAREF4ENVI, but SAREF4EHAW declares it as a Class. But it doesn't use it.

Resolution 2023-07-11: delete wrong class declaration in SAREF4EHAW.

changed milestone to %V2.1.1

In the current version of the extension the s4ehaw:Frequency class is not defined. Probably, it has been already fixed.
