Rename the GeoSPARQL prefix to geo (related to saref-portal#51)

It was decided to rename the GeoSPARQL prefix to "geo". PROPOSAL:

To rename the GeoSPARQL prefix to "geo" instead of "geosp".

Changes have to be performed in the OWL code, TS, diagrams, documentation and examples.
