Harmonise the way of representing geospatial information (saref-portal#26)

It is recommended to avoid using Basic Geo vocabulary https://www.w3.org/2003/01/geo/ And instead globally recommend to use geosparql wherever necessary.

Remove references to Basic Geo vocabulary

Changes have to be performed in the OWL code, TS, diagrams, documentation and tests.
