The TS mentions a restriction on saref:Device that doesn't exist in the ontology

Situation: The extension defines a restriction on saref:Device: that it is a subclass of s4bldg:PhysicalObject.

Proposal: To specialize saref:Device in the extension (unless it is interesting to talk about physical objects in SAREF core and the restriction can be moved there.
