Model types of vehicles as instances of VehicleKind

Currently, there is a hierarchy of classes under :Vehicle and :VulnerableRoadUser. It would simplify to model them using the saref:FeatureKind.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
