Feature kinds and features of interest

Suggestion to distinguish feature kinds, and features of interest.

An instance of saref:FeatureOfInterest represents one specific real world entity.

The class saref:FeatureKind allows to describe models of features of interest, with common properties having the same value, and common states being the same.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
