find the proper annotation property to have on an ontology to mention the canonical scientific article to cite for this version of the ontology. Should be markdown (with emph and links)
generate a "cite as" metadata in the preamble of the html documentation for this.
automatically generate the reference for the technical specification, but leave the possibility to add a journal paper or something
