Change ranges of datatype properties to rdfs:Literal

Affects: SAREF and its extensions

Situation: Right now, the range of datatype properties is defined as xsd:string. This does not include strings with language tags (rdf:langString).

Proposal: To change the ranges of datatype properties to rdfs:Literal.
