Services with many supporting resources are triggering service updates very often as the resources' characteristics change. This process can be optimized, so as to prevent transaction locks, and LCM rules retriggerings. The process of LCM Characteristics can be optimized by adding a _LCM_CHARACTERISTICS_ characteristic in a service design and add there comma separated names of characteristics that are used in LCM rules
