Εnhance service update for ServiceActionQueueItem

ServiceActionQueueItem is now added only:

  • If a service state is changed (and only if there is not already a ServiceActionQueueItem for a state change for this service)
  • If a service characteristic is changed (and only if there is not already a ServiceActionQueueItem for a characteristic change for this service)
