SCM633 Tmf model conformance

We found differences between these two field names in Service Specification entity.

1. "serviceSpecCharacteristic"
2. "serviceSpecCharacteristicValue"

According to TMF 633 v4 their names should be "specCharacteristic" and "characteristicValueSpecification". I have attached the documentation for reference.
