User story: Retrieve Device Location via OEG

Pre condition

The developer must gain access to the portal (registration and credentials obtained).

Steps

• The Developer goes to the portal (e.g., http://www.portalurl.org)
• Developer accesses the APIs Catalog
• Developer calls the POST /retrieve endpoint on the OEG
• OEG returns the device location

Post condition

The developer receives a location payload in CAMARA-compliant JSON format.
