Improve security of the E/WBI comunication

Up to now, we rely on both Oauth2 and a VPN, with respect E/WBI's security measures.

Is it worth to study how the E/WBI communication could be further secured, potentially with mTLS. This ticket is dedicated to study this topic and its output should be a proposed security measure(s).
