Description

Review Nginx prepare.sh.

• Create a certificate for OpenCAPIF, with CN: CAPIF_HOSTNAME.
• Request a signature of the public key from Vault.
• Obtain CCFID from the Helper.
• PUT request of the private key and certificate to VAULT, using the CCFId as the id.
• NOTE: All of this must be done with retries and checks.
