Helm install links of Vault not working

Hi,

I am trying to deploy OCF CAPIF using Helm following the documentation here:

However, the links provided seem to be broken or outdated, and I cannot access the referenced resources.

Additionally, I find that the documentation could use more detailed deployment instructions, as it is currently very minimal and difficult to follow.

Could you please check the links and consider expanding the documentation with clearer installation steps?
