Add logic to check if securityMethods is mandatory or not and priority in ServiceAPIDescription

Description

This issue adds logic to manage securityMethods by security Service according to specs (trusted domains for example). Also we need to check priority between securityMethods defined on aefProfile and securityMethods defined inside interfaceDescriptions at AEFProfile.
