MEC011: 'appInstanceId’ not available when quering the following endpoint: /applications/{appInstanceId}/subscriptions/{subscriptionId}

For the Test case TC_MEC_MEC011_SRV_APPSUB_003_OK GET on the following endpoint /applications/{appInstanceId}/subscriptions/{subscriptionId} does return application ‘appInstanceId’ in the response body as expected
