It was originally written as a standard to be used in the context of ICT procurement, but it is now the official standard tied to the Web and mobile application directive.

At present a two-person team [STF600] (https://portal.etsi.org/STF/STFs/STF-HomePages/STF600 "STF600") has been responsible for putting this site together and managing the process of looking at potential changes prior to the creation of a larger team to be at the centre of changes being made to a specific target new publication plan.
