Documented accessibility Feature - should be limited to accessibility features

I think we need to add "as an accessibility feature" into the definition of Documented Accessibility Feature as shown below in bold and all cap. Otherwise there is no way to know which features are covered -- since any feature could be helpful to people with disabilities

documented accessibility feature: a feature offered to end-users that can enhance accessibility and that is provided to users by the platform author in the user interface and is documented AS AN ACCESSIBILITY FEATURE in instructional material made available to users\

Note:    Such features are often presented to users as accessibility user preference settings.
