This presumes that the user's preferred assistive technology is a braille device. While that may be appropriate, this should be generalised further:

If Assistive Technology such as a braille device is connected, the ICT should provide an option to display subtitles via the Assistive Technology.

"Assistive Technology" is a defined term.
