Add Keyboard Input Precondition to Clause 11.2.4.7 and Corresponding Annex A.2 Entry

REFERENCE: Clause 11.2.4.7 and Annex A.2, Table Entry

Since WCAG’s language stipulates this sub-clause pertains to a “keyboard operable user interface,” this sentence should include the phrase “and that provides a keyboard or accepts input from a keyboard or keyboard interface."

PROPOSED CHANGE

Revise the first sentence of Clause 11.2.4.7 to read:

Where ICT is, or includes, non-web software that provides a user interface, and that provides a keyboard or accepts input from a keyboard or keyboard interface, the software shall satisfy the WCAG 2.2 Success Criterion 2.4.7 Focus Visible.
