Note 4 currently references only the addition of Note 2, but Note 3 was also added as part of the adaptations in this clause. The current phrasing does not accurately reflect the updates made.

PROPOSED CHANGE

Revise the text in Note 4 to replace

“addition of Note 2 above”

with

“addition of Notes 2 and 3 above.”
