11.8.2 accessible content creation

This criterion only mention conformity with clauses 9 and 10. Should not we also add clause 11 to this list? If you are in a mobile application which includes an authoring tool, and this authoring tool enables the publication of content in the frame of the same application (e.g. social network, collaborative platform, ...) and not on the web, then this case would not be managed by this criterion.

Same question for 12.2.4. Could the documentation be available on a screen of a mobile application? In this case, should it be accessible?
