WCAG 5.2.3 Complete processes and Mobile apps
From WCAG 2.1:
5.2.3 Complete processes§ When a Web page is one of a series of Web pages presenting a process (i.e., a sequence of steps that need to be completed in order to accomplish an activity), all Web pages in the process conform at the specified level or better. (Conformance is not possible at a particular level if any page in the process does not conform at that level or better.)
An online store has a series of pages that are used to select and purchase products. All pages in the series from start to finish (checkout) conform in order for any page that is part of the process to conform.
We have this requirements in C.9.6 WCAG 2.1 conformance requirements, reffered in table A.1 but we haven't a similar requirement for mobile apps in table A.2, where all the clause 11 conditions are for ICT that "is a non-web software". This is causing issues in Italian mobile apps monitoring, because if we have a login or some other procedures that send outside app (e.g. eIDAS login), table A.2 don't require to test it... So we could have a mobile app that conform to table A.2 but that all funcionalities are not really accessible because the "complete processes" is not checked.
