Use of the terms "accessibility requirement", "functional accessibility requirement", and "functional requirement" in the scope of the EN

The scope of EN 301 549 mentions requirements in three different forms:

a. “The present document specifies the functional accessibility requirements …“

b. “… together with a description of the test procedures and evaluation methodology for each accessibility requirement …”

c. “The present document contains the necessary functional requirements …”

It is unclear if these three types of requirements are identical or denominate different types of requirements. The terms "functional accessibility requirement" and "functional requirement" are only used in the Foreward and the Scope section.

My interpretation would be that in the EN an accessibility requirement, a functional requirement and a functional accessibility requirement are the same.

Proposal: Replace all three occurrences of "functional accessibility requirement" and "functional requirement" in the EN foreword and scpope with "accessibility requirement"
